Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and generative AI solutions.


• Build and maintain scalable AI applications using large language models (LLMs), retrieval\-augmented generation (RAG), and vector databases.


• Design data pipelines and implement feature engineering workflows to optimize model performance.


• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including product, engineering, and data teams to achieve project goals.


• Implement MLOps practices, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) and model versioning.


• Monitor production systems to ensure optimal performance and address any issues promptly.


• Optimize model performance through rigorous testing and evaluation methodologies.


• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and integrate them into existing workflows.

Requirements

• 3\-4 years of hands\-on experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on designing and deploying machine learning models.


• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit\-learn, XGBoost, and LightGBM.


• Expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.


• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.


• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, FAISS, and Chroma.


• Basic working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.


• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP AI services.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
