We’re hiring an AI Engineer to join our team at the intersection of engineering, AI innovation, and go\-to\-market execution. This role is perfect for a passionate AI practitioner who wants to see their work directly impacts new innovative products, company’s growth and leads to expanding own competencies in the field.

What You’ll Do

• Implement new AI features in products


• Build tools \& frameworks augmenting the capabilities of LLM/VLMs


• Build AI automations \& AI agents


• Fine\-tune AI models


• Fine\-tune and maintain models with the HuggingFace toolkit


• Monitor model's performance


• Work with and guide internal teams on building custom datasets


• Research \& Development

Rapidly build and test AI\-driven concepts — moving from proof of concept MVP* production.

• Evaluate existing solutions (both internal \& external) and conduct experiments on potential improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Technical skills


• Strong software engineering background: Python, Rust is a nice\-to\-have


• Experience in parameter\-efficient fine\-tuning


• Knowledge and familiarity with the tools in AI ecosystem (ML frameworks, HuggingFace, MLOps, Guardrails, AI Agents)


• Understanding the theory behind neural networks and Transformer architecture


• Experience


• 2–5 years in AI/ML space, at least 2 years with language models


• experience with other modalities (vision, audio) is a nice\-to\-have

Track record of going from idea prototype* production in fast\-paced environments

• Previous experience in R\&D department is highly valued
