And now, we're looking for a AI \& Business Development Apprentice to join us, learn from us, and grow with us.

This isn’t your average apprenticeship!!

Most apprentices sit in one team for a year. You'll rotate through SIX. Over 18 months, you'll spend time in every corner of our business – from closing deals to running campaigns, from building partner relationships to understanding the technical side of cybersecurity. By the time you're done, you'll know how a real tech business works from the inside out.

Q1 \- Business Development: Learn the UK IT channel and get involved in prospecting.

Q2 \- Sales Support \& Renewals: See how deals get done. Support the sales team with orders, renewals, and customer comms.

Q3 \- Partner Accounts: Build real relationships. Work with our reseller partners and learn what great account management looks like.

Q4 \- Marketing \& Alliance: Create content, support campaigns, and work with our vendor on joint marketing activities.

Q5 \- Technical \& Operations/Finance: Get hands\-on with product knowledge, technical pre\-sales support, and how we fulfil orders

Q6 \- Your Best Fit: Your final quarter is in the team that suits YOU best – setting you up perfectly for a permanent role.

Earn a Real Qualification

While you're building your career with us, you'll be studying for a Level 3 IT Solutions Technician Apprenticeship with Apprentify – one of the UK's leading tech training providers.

You'll cover:

  • AI, automation, and prompt engineering

  • Cybersecurity, secure data handling, and GDPR

  • Digital change management and project planning

  • Using AI tools like Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Chat GPT in real business scenarios

  • Championing technology adoption across an organisation
Who Are We Looking For?

We're not looking for someone who already knows everything. We're looking for someone who wants to learn everything.

You might be a school leaver stepping into your first role, or you might have just finished college or sixth form. Either way, if you bring the right attitude, we'll give you everything else.

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Are genuinely curious about technology and how businesses work

  • Communicate well and enjoy talking to people

  • Are organised, motivated, and not afraid of a challenge

  • Want a career – not just a job

  • Are comfortable using computers and eager to learn new tools
Entry requirements:
  • School leavers (16\+): 4 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above including English and Maths

  • Post A\-Level applicants: A\-Levels, BTEC, or equivalent warmly welcomed

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK and meet ESFA apprenticeship criteria
