The Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Workers to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in supporting children and young people within our residential setting — promoting their independence, emotional wellbeing, and life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day\-to\-day care, guidance, and support to young people.


• Assist with daily routines, including education, activities, and household tasks.


• Build positive and trusting relationships with young people and colleagues.


• Safeguard and promote the welfare of young people in your care.


• Accurately maintain records and complete reports as required.


• Participate in sleep\-in shifts as part of the rota (paid at £60 per sleep\-in).

• Previous experience in residential childcare or a similar care setting (preferred but not essential).


• A caring, patient, and resilient approach.


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.


• Enhanced DBS on update service


• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and sleep\-ins.


• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards this qualification).


• Full UK driving licence (preferred).

• Competitive hourly rate of £13\.00 per hour.
