Duties
- Deliver tailored personal care to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility needs
- Support clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light household tasks
- Follow individual care plans meticulously to ensure consistent and respectful care delivery
- Maintain clear and open communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated support
- Use IT systems to accurately record care activities, updates, and any changes in client conditions
- Drive between different client locations safely and efficiently to provide timely support where needed
- Promote independence by encouraging clients to participate in daily routines and social activities
- Ability to travel safely across various locations or valid driving license.
- Experience working within a care home or providing home care services is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with understanding and following care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Basic IT skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a caring attitude and the ability to build trusting relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Pay: £16\.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36\.0 per week
