Aftersales Manager

Salary: €40,000–€44,000 per year, depending on experience

O'Connor Car Centre is a growing independent used\-car dealership, and we're now looking to add an Aftersales Manager to our team.

This is a hands\-on role suited to someone who enjoys dealing with customers, keeping vehicles moving through the workshop process, and taking pride in how cars are presented and delivered.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Communicating with customers regarding warranty queries and repairs


• Booking and managing workshop appointments


• Liaising with external workshops and suppliers


• Working closely with the sales team on vehicle prep and handovers


• Overseeing the progress of vehicles from arrival to sale\-ready


• Maintaining high standards in the presentation of used car displays


• Managing the aftersales process end\-to\-end, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage

What We're Looking For

• 2\+ Years motor trade or aftersales experience


• Strong communication and customer\-service skills


• Organised, reliable, and able to multitask


• Comfortable dealing with workshops and warranty providers


• A proactive, can\-do attitude and attention to detail
