The Opportunity
An established, rapidly scaling international organisation within the automotive mobility space is seeking an Aftersales Operations & Fleet Support Specialist to join its UK team. This position plays a key role in supporting senior leadership and ensuring the smooth delivery of aftersales operations across a growing network.
The Role
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will contribute to the performance, reporting, and continuous improvement of fleet and retailer aftersales operations. This is a highly visible role combining data analysis, coordination, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyse fleet and aftersales performance data, including customer metrics, warranty, parts, and service activity
- Maintain accurate reporting dashboards and support the delivery of regular business insights
- Assist in the coordination of operational meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Provide day-to-day analytical and administrative support across multiple teams
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve operational processes
- Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent service delivery standards
- Experience within automotive aftersales, fleet operations, or a data-focused role
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills (Power BI desirable)
- Comfortable working with data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach
- Confident communicator, able to engage with a range of stakeholders
- Additional language skills (particularly Mandarin) would be advantageous
