Beauty Receptionist
Due to the continued growth of our clinic, we are now looking for a professional, friendly, and organised Beauty Receptionist to support with the day\-to\-day running of the clinic.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for beauty and aesthetics who enjoys working in a busy, client\-focused environment.
Working Hours
- Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Friday 1\.00pm – 6\.00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm (one Saturday per month)
- Additional holiday cover will also be required.
- Managing a busy front\-of\-house reception area
- Welcoming clients and providing exceptional customer service
- Answering phones, emails, and client enquiries professionally
- Booking and managing doctor consultations and appointments
- Supporting the smooth day\-to\-day running of the clinic
- Processing payments and maintaining client records
- Assisting with diary management and appointment scheduling
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception environment
- Level 3 Beauty qualification preferred, or a keen interest in the aesthetics industry
- Previous reception or customer service experience desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident, professional, and friendly manner
- Ability to multitask and work well in a busy clinic environment
- Good IT and telephone skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
