Our purpose\-built Cosmetic Surgery and Aesthetic Clinic is located on Calthorpe Road, within the heart of the Edgbaston Medical Quarter, Birmingham. We offer a wide range of surgical and non\-surgical aesthetic treatments in a luxury clinical environment.

All our treatments are performed in\-house as day cases, and we offer revolutionary twilight anaesthesia for a faster, more comfortable recovery.

Kat \& Co was acquired in 2025 by Pall Mall Medical, a leading hospital and medical facility in the Northwest, and we have exciting growth plans for the future.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and client\-focused Aesthetic Practitioner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge and hands\-on experience delivering high\-quality aesthetic treatments while providing exceptional patient care and customer service.

You will be responsible for delivering a range of advanced skin and laser treatments, carrying out detailed consultations, building strong client relationships, and supporting patients throughout their aesthetic journey. You will work within a fast\-paced, premium clinical environment alongside surgeons, clinicians, and the wider aesthetics team.

Treatments and experience required include:

• Laser Hair Removal


• Hydrafacial


• CO2 Resurfacing Laser


• Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)


• Advanced Facial Treatments


• Skin consultations and treatment planning


• Knowledge of medical\-grade skincare products and aftercare

As we continue to expand our clinic and aesthetic services, we are looking for someone enthusiastic, driven, and committed to delivering outstanding patient outcomes and experiences.

The Schedule:

Mondays \& Fridays 9am\-8pm with alternate Saturdays 9am\-5pm

The Pay:

£13\.50 per hour with a highly competitive commission structure on treatments and products

The Key to Success:

Previous experience within an Aesthetic Clinic, Cosmetic Surgery, or Private Healthcare setting is essential.

Our Aesthetic Practitioners play a vital role in the patient journey, helping clients feel confident, comfortable, and cared for throughout their treatments. Professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail are paramount.

It is essential that applicants have the following:

• Previous experience delivering advanced aesthetic treatments


• Experience with Laser Hair Removal, Hydrafacial, CO2 Laser Resurfacing, MLD, and advanced facial treatments


• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills


• Strong consultation and communication skills


• Ability to build trust and rapport with patients


• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail


• A proactive and flexible attitude with a strong work ethic


• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team


• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends


• Knowledge of skincare products and treatment aftercare
