Adviser Marketing Manager

Description

We're looking for an experienced Adviser Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for Benchmark's adviser\-facing proposition.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across sales, compliance, partnerships and proposition teams to drive adviser acquisition, engagement, retention and growth.

You'll be responsible for creating and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, adviser communications, events, thought leadership and content that support commercial objectives and strengthen Benchmark's position as a leading provider of adviser solutions.

This is a hands\-on role suited to someone who combines strategic thinking with excellent execution and has a genuine understanding of the UK financial advice market.### What you'll do

• Develop compelling, compliant marketing content that clearly communicates Benchmark's adviser proposition.


• Own and deliver adviser communications, including monthly bulletins, campaign communications and targeted engagement activity.


• Create and maintain marketing collateral, presentations, digital assets and website content.


• Promote Benchmark's thought leadership and market expertise.


• Deliver a programme of adviser events, webinars and industry conferences.


• Develop engaging content plans that support adviser acquisition and retention.


• Manage event promotion, delegate engagement and post\-event follow\-up activity.


• Plan and deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital, email, social and event channels.


• Build targeted marketing journeys that support recruitment, onboarding, growth and succession planning.


• Identify opportunities to improve adviser engagement and conversion through data\-led marketing activity.


• Partner with sales, relationship management and proposition teams to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.


• Work closely with compliance teams to maintain regulatory standards and approval processes.


• Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to inform marketing strategy.


• Track campaign effectiveness and marketing performance against agreed objectives.


• Measure and report on MQLs, campaign ROI, event ROI and adviser engagement metrics.


• Manage budgets effectively and provide recommendations based on insight and performance data.

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

• Experience within a marketing role focused on wealth management, financial advice, investment management or financial services.


• Strong understanding of the UK financial advice market and adviser business models.


• Proven experience developing and delivering successful B2B marketing campaigns.


• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and influencing at a senior level.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.


• Strong project management and organisational skills.


• Commercially minded with a focus on measurable outcomes and business growth.


• Confidence using marketing technology, CRM systems and performance reporting tools.


• Experience using Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.


• Experience analysing and reporting on marketing performance data.


• An industry qualification within financial planning or wealth management.


• CIM qualification or equivalent marketing qualification.
