Advertising, Marketing & Data Insights Executive
Marketing Monkeys Limited is seeking an Advertising, Marketing \& Data Insights Executive to support the planning, development, implementation and performance monitoring of marketing and advertising strategies. The role combines digital marketing, campaign coordination, market research, customer insight analysis, CRM management, performance reporting and data\-driven decision making to strengthen brand positioning, improve campaign effectiveness and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
\* Plan, coordinate and monitor digital and integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
\* Support the development and execution of marketing strategies designed to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation.
\* Track campaign objectives, monitor KPIs and analyse campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
\* Prepare regular marketing performance reports, dashboards and management information for internal stakeholders.
\* Manage digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media platforms.
\* Set up, monitor and optimise online advertising campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads and Meta.
\* Conduct market research and analyse customer behaviour, consumer insights, competitor activity and industry trends.
\* Collect, validate and analyse marketing and business data from multiple sources to support marketing decisions and campaign planning.
\* Support the implementation and management of marketing analytics and tracking tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
\* Manage and maintain client CRM systems, ensuring accurate customer records, campaign data and engagement tracking.
\* Support client onboarding, customer segmentation, lead management and marketing automation activities through CRM platforms.
\* Analyse CRM data to identify customer trends, engagement opportunities and campaign performance insights.
\* Coordinate content creation, copywriting and design briefs with internal teams and external suppliers.
\* Produce reports and recommendations based on campaign results, customer data and market intelligence.
\* Support customer experience initiatives and handle escalated customer enquiries where required.
\* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent service delivery, brand messaging and campaign execution.
Person Specification
\* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Economics, Management, IT, Arts or a related discipline.
\* Experience in marketing, campaign coordination, business reporting, performance analysis, CRM management or a similar commercial environment.
\* Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and present meaningful insights.
\* Experience using Microsoft Excel, CRM systems and marketing or reporting platforms.
\* Understanding of digital marketing channels, online advertising and marketing analytics.
\* Experience using CRM platforms and customer data management systems. Knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms would be advantageous.
\* Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
\* Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
\* Additional qualifications in digital marketing, CRM systems, analytics or leadership are advantageous.
