We’re London’s largest and fastest 100% full fibre broadband provider, bringing better internet to Londoners since 2013\. Unlike most providers, we build, own and operate our dedicated fibre optic network and install it directly into the home, meaning we can deliver a super\-fast connection at prices the national providers find hard to beat. We’re a relatively new company to the market, but since establishment:
- We’re the only provider in London offering residential broadband speeds of up to 5Gbps.
- Our network covers 1\.3 million properties in London, which is more than one third of homes in the UK’s capital city.
- We have over 800,000 properties under wayleave agreement and are currently working in partnership with more than 200 of London’s biggest landlords.
- We have connected 720 community spaces in 24 boroughs, giving more Londoners free access to fast, reliable broadband.
Job purpose:
To ensure all marketing, advertising, and customer communications for both residential and business, are fully compliant with UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) rules, CAP Code guidelines, and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., Ofcom). The role will safeguard the organisation from regulatory risk while enabling effective, clear, and competitive marketing messaging.
What you’ll be doing:
Campaign \& Content Review
- Review all marketing campaigns, promotional messaging, Press releases, Social Media and advertising creative prior to release.
- Ensure compliance with ASA/CAP Code, particularly in areas such as:
- Pricing claims (e.g. annual price increases, discounts, bundles)
- Promotional claims (e.g. “best in class,” “most reliable”)
- Approve, reject, or recommend amendments to ensure messages are accurate, clear, and not misleading.
- Act as the subject matter expert on ASA advertising standards and telecom\-specific advertising rules.
- Propose and identify appropriate supporting evidence to substantiate marketing claims.
- Interpret and apply regulatory updates to ongoing and future campaigns.
- Maintain a compliance framework aligned with ASA and Ofcom requirements.
- Work closely with Marketing, Brand and Product teams to ensure compliance is embedded in campaign development.
- Provide clear, pragmatic guidance that balances compliance with commercial objectives.
- Support campaign planning by advising on compliant positioning and claims early in the process.
- Identify potential regulatory risks in marketing and advertising activities.
- Maintain an audit trail of approvals and decision\-making processes.
- Manage responses to ASA complaints or investigations
- Develop and deliver training to marketing and commercial teams on ASA rules and best practice.
- Create and maintain internal guidelines, templates, and checklists for compliant advertising.
- Promote a culture of compliance and accountability across the organisation.
- Draft, review, and approve promotional terms and conditions across marketing and sales collateral, ensuring they are clear, legally compliant, and aligned with ASA/CAP Code requirements.
- Ensure all customer\-facing disclaimers, eligibility criteria, pricing conditions, and promotional limitations are accurately reflected across digital, print, broadcast, and partner channels.
- Work closely with Product and Commercial teams to ensure terms and conditions appropriately support marketing claims and reduce regulatory risk.
- Maintain standard templates and approval processes for promotional copy, disclaimers, and offer terms.
- Strong knowledge of ASA/CAP Code and UK advertising regulations.
- Experience in telecoms, broadband, or a highly regulated industry preferred.
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into practical guidance.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong judgement.
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience reviewing multi\-channel campaigns (digital, broadcast, print).
- A relevant qualification in law, marketing compliance, or regulatory affairs is desirable but not essential.
