We're looking for a friendly, organised and compassionate Receptionist / Administrator to become the welcoming face of our service. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll be the first point of contact for residents, families, professionals and visitors while providing vital administrative support to ensure the smooth day\-to\-day running of our home.

About the Role
As our Receptionist / Administrator, you'll play an important role in creating a warm and professional first impression of Neu Living. Working closely with the management team and multidisciplinary professionals, you'll support the administration of the service while ensuring visitors, residents and colleagues receive an outstanding experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming visitors, residents, relatives and healthcare professionals.
- Managing telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Supporting the administration of admissions, referrals and resident documentation.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Ordering stationery and supplies for the facility.
- Assisting with meeting preparation, minutes and general office administration.
- Supporting the management team with compliance and quality documentation.
- Processing invoices and other routine administrative tasks.
- Ensuring reception and communal areas remain welcoming and professional.
We're looking for someone who is approachable, organised and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
Ideally you'll have:
- Previous administration or reception experience (experience within health or social care is desirable but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A warm, professional and compassionate approach when dealing with residents, families and professionals.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues across the service.
- The right to work in the UK.
