Job Title: Admin Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organised Admin Assistant to join our team. The Admin Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient project operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project documentation and ensure all records are accurate and up\-to\-date
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Assist in preparing project proposals, reports, and presentations
- Conduct data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
- Maintain office supplies inventory when necessary
- Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy
- Type documents, reports, and correspondence as needed
- Utilise Monday.com for communication and collaboration purposes
- Provide general administrative support to all teams
- Proficiency in computerised systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic office procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
