CWP are excited to offer the opportunity to work as an Administrative Support Officer to join two of our Care Community Teams based in Chester. The job is for maternity cover and is for 15 hours per week, based across 2 teams. The job will run from September 2026 to the end of May 2027\.

Chester Central CCT, based at the Fountains Health Center l will require support either on a Monday or Tuesday and Chester South CCT will require support on a Friday. There may be occasions, with appropriate periods of notice, where we require flexibility with these working days to suite the service needs.

Chester South Care Community Team \-are Based at Lache Health Centre, Hawthorne Road, Lache, Chester.

We are a hardworking but happy professional team providing care and support to patients across the Western Cheshire footprint.

The Trust currently supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below th is.

Working as part of the team you will undertake a range of clerical tasks, including processing of referrals, scanning/photocopying and uploading documents to electronic records, answering telephone calls and forwarding/redirecting calls, arranging meetings and taking meeting notes).

Within this role you will have contact with patients, carers, families, and other health professionals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a flexible ‘can do’ approach, and a professional, friendly and welcoming manner.

  • To undertake a full range of administrative/reception responsibilities.

  • Good communication skills are essential as the post holder will need to liaise directly with patients, carers, families and other professionals.

  • A working knowledge of general office procedures and Microsoft packages is required, but full training will be provided on CWP systems.
