Role Description
This is a full\-time role of Administrative Officer with a focus on export/import related tasks. The Administrative Officer will be responsible for general administration related to bookings and the required follow ups in terms of communication and administrative assistance with the clients, this together with other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- General Administration and Organizational Skills
- Good Communication Skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Customer Service is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Experience in Logistics or Import/Export industry is a plus
Pay: €2\.800,00 \- €3\.300,00 per month
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Internationale Shipping: 1 year (Required)
- Administrative : 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage : 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Required)
- Dutch (Preferred)
