We are recruiting an Administrative Coordinator for an exclusive private clinic based in Central London.
They require a client-facing, highly organised and detail-focused Administrator to join their professional clinical team. This is a non-clinical role focused solely on administration, operational coordination, compliance, and delivering an excellent client experience.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic through efficient scheduling, accurate record management, meeting and registering patients, and structured administrative processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing appointment scheduling and maintaining accurate records
- Processing documentation
- Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Maintaining digital filing systems and secure document storage
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to accuracy
- A professional, proactive, and reliable approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and digital booking systems
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
