Innovaciones Lumik is seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the heart of Leeds Dock. As a key member of our team, you’ll support business operations, coordinate administrative activities, and help create a seamless experience for both internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations and administrative processes
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for internal teams
- Prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming communications including emails and phone enquiries
- Maintain organised records, databases, and filing systems
- Support project coordination and assist management with operational tasks
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders
- Assist with travel arrangements, office logistics, and team events
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all administrative duties
- Previous experience in administration, office coordination, or business support
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative systems
