Innovaciones Lumik is seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the heart of Leeds Dock. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced professional environment and enjoys bringing structure, efficiency, and positive energy to daily operations.

As a key member of our team, you’ll support business operations, coordinate administrative activities, and help create a seamless experience for both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily office operations and administrative processes

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for internal teams

  • Prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations

  • Handle incoming communications including emails and phone enquiries

  • Maintain organised records, databases, and filing systems

  • Support project coordination and assist management with operational tasks

  • Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders

  • Assist with travel arrangements, office logistics, and team events

  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all administrative duties
