Job Summary
The Administrative Consultant plays a vital role in supporting the operational efficiency of our Travel Agency. This position requires a detail\-oriented individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various administrative functions, including Social Media and clerical duties. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and team members.

Duties

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up\-to\-date records.

  • Update Social media on a daily basis with new deals.

  • Manage emails, checking of diary, chasing balances and issuing tickets.

  • Organise files and maintain an orderly office environment to enhance productivity.

  • Support management by coordinating schedules and deadlines effectively.

  • Prepare reports and presentations as required, ensuring all information is clearly presented.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.

  • GSCE English Language 5 or above

  • High level customer service skills, as role is customer facing

  • Proficiency in computerised systems.

  • Strong clerical skills with a keen attention to detail for accurate data entry.

  • Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with office procedures and best practices is advantageous.
Job Type: Part\-time

Pay: From £12\.71 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
