Assists in day to day operations, manages relationships with customers and ensures that the site is running smoothly.
Main activities
Organization of the branch
- Greets customers and suppliers
- Assists the site manager with HR management
- Assists the team in communicating and organizing activities
- Reports data to management software and alerts them in the event of inconsistency
- Orders supplies and equipment for the branch
- Issues quotes, contracts and amendments
- Monitors customer collections in the event of non\-payment
- Manages rental/ service requests
- Checks the agency's cash registers on a monthly basis for validation by the RO.
- Prepares invoices for services / Classifies invoices according to due dates
- Reports vehicle claims to the insurance department
- Processes administrative operations relating to the commercial management of the branch
- Carries out operational tasks required by the agency (RIV, movements, etc.)
