Administration Assistant

As the latest member of our Administration team, you will be joining the UK's leading portable and temporary traffic signal manufacturer and service provider.
Based at our Cheltenham office, you will play a key role in supporting both our Fleet and Administration departments, helping to ensure the smooth day\-to\-day running of our operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys working in a busy and varied administrative role.
Provide operational and administrative support to the Commercial Support Manager as required, including full cover during periods of absence. Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Administrative Support team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of departmental activities.
Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics and accounts administration would be advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
\- To post InspHire invoices to the ledger using Microsoft Dynamics software, ensuring they are matched to InspHire Contracts where applicable and coded to the correct nominal ledger code.
\- Supporting other team members and assisting with all tasks in relation to Fleet invoicing.
\- Being able to communicate with staff members at all levels.
\- Complete weekly ledger reconciliations.
\- Timely identification and resolution of queries by phone or written communication with internal staff and customers.
\- Deal with accounts queries in relation to InspHire.
\- Check Inbox daily and deal with any queries in a timely manner, process engineer reports.
\- Carry out live hire checks to ensure these have invoiced. Invoice monthly hire charges.
\- Ensure all month transactions are in Dynamics. Update engineer tracker. Generate reports for Managing Director based on these reports months.

Pay: Up to £27,500\.00 per year
