Administrative Support Location: Hybrid (3 days office-based, 2 days working from home)
Salary: Negotiable, starting from £30,000 per annum
The Role An opportunity has arisen for an experienced insurance administrator to provide support across multiple insurance operations. This role will involve a variety of administrative duties supporting both broking and underwriting functions, ensuring processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to broking and underwriting teams.
- Process insurance documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with policy administration, renewals, and endorsements.
- Update and manage client and policy information.
- Ensure compliance and documentation standards are maintained.
- Support internal teams with general administration and reporting.
- Liaise with insurers, brokers, and clients where required.
- Assist with system updates and workflow management.
- Experience within either broking or underwriting environments.
- Knowledge of Acturis would be highly beneficial.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
