An enthusiastic, hard\-working and professional administration assistant is required to join our friendly and welcoming school.

The post involves supporting the School Office Manager in providing an efficiently run school office, by helping to maintain administrative and financial systems.

You should be highly organised and have good communication and mathematical skills, with experience of using Microsoft office software; including Word and Excel. The school requires a person with a friendly, warm personality to meet and greet visitors to the school, answer the phone and liaise with staff, parents and pupils.

This key role also includes mid\-day supervisor duties over the lunch\-time period and training to be a first\-aider.

Applicants should have good English and Maths skills and relevant experience of working within a front of house, office environment.
