Job Overview
This is a varied and hands\-on role supporting both customer service operations and general office administration. You will be the first point of contact for many customers and retail partners, ensuring all enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently while also supporting the smooth day\-to\-day running of the office.
The ideal candidate will be organised, personable, detail\-oriented, and confident in managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Duties
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with retailers, distributors, and delivery partners regarding orders and deliveries
- Maintain accurate customer records and correspondence
- Manage and resolve customer issues, complaints, and product queries
- Support the sales team with customer communications and follow\-ups
- Carry out day\-to\-day office administration duties
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Maintain filing systems, spreadsheets, and company records
- Assist with stock administration and order paperwork
- Support invoicing, purchase orders, and data entry tasks
- Help coordinate meetings, office supplies, and general office organisation
- Provide administrative support across different departments when required
- Previous experience in a customer service and/or administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to prioritise workload and multitask effectively
- Friendly, professional, and team\-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Experience working in an FMCG, food \& drink, or manufacturing environment
- Experience using order management or accounting systems

Pay: Up to £26,000\.00 per year
