Harlow, Part Time, Permanent
Role \& Responsibilities:
Were looking for a hands\-on organised individual to offer administration support within our HR/Finance Department on a part\-time basis over 3 mornings, around 12hrs per week. You’ll work closely with the Finance and HR Manager to provide this admin support within the HR department as well as adhoc administration support for the Finance team.
Responsibilities include:
· Maintain accurate Employee records
· Act as a first point of contact for basic employee queries relating to time and attendance
· Support onboarding, Employee lifecycle changes and general day to day HR administration
· Manage our time and attendance software to ensure accurate attendance and working hours are maintained, liaising with Dept management with queries
· Assist with maintaining policies and procedures
· Provide admin support to Finance Dept to ensure smooth running environment.
· Assist with Adhoc HR and Finance related projects as needed
Person Specification:
- Computer literate
- Good knowledge of IT packages\- MS Excel, Word, Outlook or similar (preferred)
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Will need to be confident, motivated and have a professional manner.
- Will need to have excellent time management and organisational skills
- Accuracy \& attention to detail.
- Excellent work ethic, honest and diligent
- Clean DBR check will be required.
- Located within easy travel distance to Harlow.
