Responsibilities:
\- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
\- Answer phone calls, emails, serving on the shop counter and dealing with other enquiries
\- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
Requirements
\- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
\- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
\- Logistics / dispatch of small parcels Royal Mail \- DPD
\- Excellent organizational and time management skills
\- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
\- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
\- Strong written and verbal communication skills
\- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
\- Proficient telephone manner
\- Customer service or customer support experience

Pay: £25,000\.00\-£25,500\.00 per year
