OSM Thome Recruitment is seeking an energetic and engaging Activity Host to join Royal Caribbean's onboard entertainment team. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and outgoing individual who enjoys interacting with guests, hosting activities, and creating memorable vacation experiences in a dynamic shipboard environment.

As an Activity Host, you will serve as an energy generator for both daytime entertainment and evening events, working closely with the Activity Manager and DJ as part of the Cruise Director’s core team. You will act as Master of Ceremonies, motivating, informing, and entertaining guests through a wide range of onboard activities and events.

Responsibilities and Tasks:* Host and lead a wide variety of daytime and evening entertainment activities

• Act as Master of Ceremonies for events, recreational activities, and guest experiences throughout the cruise


• Engage and socialize with guests to create a visible, welcoming, and energetic presence onboard


• Coordinate and host activities such as dance sessions, sports, art classes, karaoke, game shows, video game tournaments, and evening performances


• Support the promotion of revenue\-generating areas and special events as requested by the Cruise Director or Activity Manager


• Assist with embarkation and disembarkation procedures when scheduled


• Direct guests on and off gangways during port visits and assist with tour counts and departures


• Support holiday programming and religious services as needed


• Assist with audio\-visual coordination in support of onboard events


• Step in for the Activity Manager when required, including leading the activities team and supporting scheduling and operational delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in Theatre, Arts, Recreation, Leisure Studies, Public Relations, Communication, or a related field is preferred


• Previous experience in an upscale hotel, resort, theme park, or cruise ship environment


• 1–2 years of experience as a Master of Ceremonies or in professional entertainment such as theatre, music, dance, comedy, or similar


• Strong stage presence and confidence in hosting small and large groups


• Excellent microphone and public speaking skills


• Ability to communicate professionally and align with brand service standards


• Exceptional guest service and interpersonal skills


• Good computer skills, including familiarity with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint


• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in a fast\-paced environment


• Outgoing, vibrant personality with a natural ability to elevate the atmosphere in social and professional settings
