We’re growing and looking for someone who can turn financial data into clear, meaningful reporting.
The role
This is a reporting\-focused role for someone who is confident working with financial data and presenting it in a way that clients can understand and act on. You’ll take ownership of reporting, forecasting and analysis across multiple clients.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing and maintaining accurate cashflow forecasts
- Producing detailed costing and budgeting reports
- Creating, reviewing and analysing Profit \& Loss reports
- Supporting Balance Sheet reporting and reviews
- Building and improving Excel\-based reporting models
- Presenting financial data clearly using graphs and charts
- Working directly with clients to explain performance and key trends
- Completing bank reconciliations for both UK and US accounts
- Processing credit card receipts and reconciling against statements
- Processing and reconciling expense claims
- Raising sales invoices
- Processing supplier invoices through Dext
- Supporting some data processing tasks
- Strong experience using QuickBooks
- Advanced Excel skills (essential), including building reports, using formulas and presenting data with graphs and charts
- Proven experience with cashflow forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting
- Good understanding of Profit \& Loss and Balance Sheets
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Confident communicating financial information to non\-financial clients
- Experience in management accounts
- Experience working with multi\-entity or multi\-location reporting
- Experience working with US\-based clients
- Own transport required due to location

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£32,000\.00 per year
