We are looking for a Accounts Receivable Technician to join our Oporto Shared Services.What's the challenge?
- Ensure the contact with external customers to settle debts and reconcile current accounts;
- Analyse and allocate customer receipts;
- Provide clarifications related to customers' current accounts;
- Prepare and deliver reports on supplier responsibilities to internal customers and financial team;
- Monitor the automatic processes implemented (direct debit, reminders, and cash invoice boxes).
- Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting or related areas;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles;
- Experience with SAP is valued;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Strong analytical and decision\-making skills;
- Proactiveness, organization, and responsibility;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
