Accounts Manager

Gtek Foods Ltd have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Manager to join our expanding multinational group of companies. A successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the private sector and be able to manage all aspects of the company’s finances. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is well organised, hands on, accurate, methodical, able to multi\-task and who will enjoy being a member of a busy team. Responsibilities:

· Managing incoming \& outgoing payments.

· Foreign exchange – booking live options, managing draw downs etc.

· Managing account VRD discounts

· Purchase ledger management for both the UK and German divisions.

· Bank reconciliations

· Cost analysis

· Credit card reconciliations

· DATEV notifications for German division (uploading AP \& AR invoices \& credits to German authorities re: VAT)

· Payroll \& Expenses

· Assist 3rd party accountants with preparation of quarterly management accounts.

· Preparation of monthly in house financial management reports.

· VAT return

· Assist 3rd party accountants with preparation of year\-end reports (group)

· Trader overhead calculation

· Trader net profit calculation

· Year\-end verification \& reports for German division for accountants

· Preparation of corporation tax computations.

· Preparation of personal tax returns for directors.

· Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager and also the board of Directors.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 a.m. to 17:00 (1 hour for lunch)

Holiday Entitlement: 22 Days (net of public \& bank holidays)

Pay: £40,000\.00\-£50,000\.00 per year
