Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail\-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations and maintain strong client relationships within our organisation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing accounts, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the company's financial health. Duties
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all records are accurate and up\-to\-date
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Liaise with clients to address queries, resolve issues, and foster long\-term relationships
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for optimisation
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies
- Assist in the development of financial strategies to support organisational goals
- Provide training and support to junior staff members as needed
- Proven experience in account management or a related financial role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse financial data and prepare comprehensive reports
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards
- A recognised qualification in finance, accounting, or business administration is desirable but not essential
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is advantageous
