We are now looking for an Accounts Manager to join our Bristol Head Office team.
This is a hands\-on role suited to somebody who is organised, proactive and able to confidently manage day\-to\-day finance operations across multiple businesses with minimal supervision.
You will oversee the daily accounts function across both our hospitality operations and Eposbuddy, whilst managing one existing Accounts team member.
Responsibilities
- Managing supplier payments and cashflow
- Bookkeeping across multiple companies
- Bank reconciliations
- VAT returns and HMRC submissions
- Credit control and invoice processing
- Supporting payroll processes
- Month\-end reporting and management accounts
- Forecasting and budgeting support
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Liaising with external accountants
- Managing and supporting one Accounts team member
- Previous experience within an accounts or finance role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Confident communicator
- Experience using Sage, QuickBooks and Excel preferred
- Hospitality, retail or multi\-site business experience advantageous
