Duties

• Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring timely invoicing, payments, and account reconciliations


• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms to maintain accurate financial records


• Supervise accounts payable processes, verifying invoices and processing payments efficiently


• Prepare detailed financial reports, including statements of financial position and cash flow analyses


• Mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance on best practices and system usage


• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to support financial services initiatives and improve overall financial management workflows


• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies related to financial accounting

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial management within a corporate setting, preferably in financial services or related industries


• Strong proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or PeopleSoft


• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and practices


• Experience managing accounts payable and receivable processes with attention to detail
