Archivist Gallery is a design\-led print studio and homeware brand, celebrated for our bold, playful, and hand\-printed products. Based in the beautiful village of Penley in Wrexham, we’re a small, growing team committed to craftsmanship, creativity, and excellent service. Every team member plays a vital role in our success — and we’re now looking for a talented and detail\-oriented Accounts \& Logistics Assistant to join us on a 6\-month fixed\-term contract at our busy rural warehouse.
Role Summary
This is a varied and hands\-on role that blends financial administration, logistics coordination, and customer care. You’ll help ensure the smooth running of day\-to\-day operations — from managing client accounts to assisting with shipping and inventory — all while contributing to the friendly and collaborative atmosphere of our team.
Key Responsibilities
Finance \& Accounting
· Manage the sales ledger: issue invoices, ensure prompt payment, and send monthly account statements.
· Resolve account queries with clarity and professionalism.
Order \& Logistics Coordination
· Oversee daily retail and wholesale orders: process orders, generate shipping labels, and courier manifests.
· Input tracking and invoicing details post\-shipment, including on platforms such as Faire.
· Manage returns, troubleshoot shipping issues, and respond to customer delivery queries.
Essential Skills \& Experience
· Proven attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a close\-knit team.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
· Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
· Proactive, solutions\-focused approach with a willingness to learn.
Desirable Skills
· Experience with stock and inventory systems (e.g. Cin7\).
· Familiarity with e\-commerce platforms such as Faire and Shopify.
· Understanding of international shipping processes and documentation.

· Hours: Full\-Time (37\.5 hours per week)
