The Role

Are you an organised and detail\-focused finance professional looking for a varied role in a dynamic, supportive environment? We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our Head Office team in Liverpool and help ensure the smooth running of EvoDental from a finance perspective. Working closely with the Management Accountant and Financial Controller, you will support day\-to\-day financial processing, reporting and administration across the business.

Responsibilities

Ø Support day\-to\-day purchase ledger and sales ledger processing and allocations.

Ø Process daily banking transactions and complete monthly bank reconciliations.

Ø Process company expenses, including cash and company card payments.

Ø Liaise with suppliers and help resolve outstanding queries.

Ø Run company reports from internal systems including Xero, CRM and inventory systems.

Ø Input data accurately into the CRM system based on monies received.

Ø Provide general administration support, including telephone calls, office duties and spreadsheet updates.

Ø Support the finance team with month\-end processes and day\-to\-day duties.

Ø Handle customer information sensitively and confidentially.

Ø Carry out other reasonable duties as required by the business.

Requirements

Ø Good communication skills.

Ø Strong time management and organisational skills.

Ø Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Ø Ability to work well within a team.

Ø Flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Ø Accurate, detail\-focused approach to financial administration and data entry.

Ø AAT Level 2 or above is desirable.

Ø Willingness to travel to other EvoDental locations is desirable.

Ø Driving licence is desirable.

Pay: £27,000\.00\-£28,000\.00 per year
