What You’ll Be Doing
- Reviewing, verifying \& processing invoices from Business Partners
- Setting up \& managing Business Partner accounts in our ERP system
- Performing account reconciliations \& resolving queries
- Recording incoming/outgoing payments \& preparing multi\-currency bank recs
- Assisting with monthly/bimonthly payment runs
- Performing month end activities, including sub\-ledger reconciliations across multiple entities
- Reporting on aged debtors and supporting cash collection
- Maintaining master data \& supporting with ad\-hoc finance tasks
- 2–4 years’ experience in a finance/administration role
- Strong numerical \& analytical skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset with a flexible approach
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with SAP B1 a plus, but not essential
