Summary of Role
The key objective of the role of HR Admin is to support the HR Manager to ensure all Sims IVF employees and the Sims IVF management teams are supported during their period of employment to deliver best practice HR Policies and Procedures in line with Irish employment legislation.
Core Technical Competencies
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Assist with the preparation of HR documents, e.g. employment contracts and new hire guides
- Assist with the revision of company policies
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
- Answer employees’ queries about HR\-related issues
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Participate in HR projects
- Assist with recruitment and selection process
- Liaison with all levels of personnel within the organisation
- Organise training for staff
- Assist with presentations and reports for the Managing Director on a quarterly basis
- Assist with monthly expense claim analysis
- Professional\-level oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Experience with document control systems

Pay: €30,000\.00\-€40,000\.00 per year
