Accounts Administrator / Finance Assistant
AMC is looking for a reliable and detail\-focused Accounts Administrator / Finance Assistant to support the day\-to\-day running of our accounts function.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing financial processes in a busy working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
\* Managing day\-to\-day accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
\* Running and maintaining the factoring account
\* Raising and processing sales invoices
\* Credit control and liaising with customers to ensure timely payments
\* Assisting with purchase ledger and supplier payments
\* Bank reconciliations using Xero
\* Producing regular financial and management reports
\* Supporting general accounts and office administration

Requirements
\* Previous experience in an accounts or finance role (essential)
\* Strong working knowledge of Xero
\* Experience with factoring accounts (preferred but not essential)
\* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
\* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
\* Good communication skills
