Company Overview
Your new role is with a property group located in Cardiff specialising in the provision of temporary accommodation solutions. Established in 2017 we provide vulnerable adults and young people a safe place to stay.
Main Purpose of Job
This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing business with immediate start. The Accounts Administrator is primarily responsible for transaction processing, accounting and reporting duties. Reporting to the CFO, the Accounts Administrator is a permanent, full\-time office\-based roll in context of the needs of the business.
This is a highly visible position within the company and requires excellent people skills and approachability alongside strong influencing abilities and consistency with an analytical approach and an eye for detail. In addition to full accounting duties, this role is seen as a key support to the management team but also an active ambassador for the company and represents an excellent opportunity to join an established, successful and forward\-thinking property group.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
· All day\-to\-day accounting duties
· Transaction processing
· Account reconciliations and nominal journals
· Sales ledger and purchase ledger, job costing
· Regulatory submissions
· HMRC returns and payments
· Credit Control
Key Skills
· Accountancy – part qualified, newly qualified, AAT or qualified by experience (EU equivalent qualifications will be accepted)
· Experience of Xero
· Microsoft Office suite competence (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
· Approachable, personable and confident
· Organised and disciplined
· Attention to detail and highly organised, with a can\-do approach with the ability to manage conflicting demands in a wide variety of tasks and functions
· Excellent work ethic
· Excellent people skills
· High levels of integrity and resilience
· Self\-motivated to deliver under pressure and to deadlines
Salary: £25,000 \- £35,000 depending on experience and qualifications
Pay: £25,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
