<p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</strong></p>
<p>As part of the Finance team, the role combines accounting, financial operations, and data analysis responsibilities, supporting both the parent company and international subsidiaries in day-to-day financial activities and reporting processes.</p>
<p>Main responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Support and execution of accounting and financial processes for the parent company and international subsidiaries, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, fixed assets, CAPEX, reconciliations, and cash position monitoring.</li>
<li>Control and follow-up of customer and supplier contracts, maintaining updated documentation and centralized contract database in coordination with Sales and other internal teams.</li>
<li>Preparation and maintenance of financial and operational charts and reports using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI, supporting budgeting, reporting, and financial monitoring activities.</li>
<li>Support in vendor onboarding processes, supplier documentation management, contract renewals, and third-party compliance reviews.</li>
<li>Participation in month-end closing activities, reconciliations, audit support, and other day-to-day Finance tasks.</li>
<li>As part of a small and collaborative Finance team, the role involves providing cross-functional support across reporting, treasury and FX cash monitoring, budgeting, pricing and profitability control, presentations, and ad hoc financial tasks, while also acting as back-up support across different Finance functions when needed.</li>
</ul>
<p><u>EXPERIENCE</u></p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, or financial operations roles.</li>
</ul>
<p><u>EDUCATION</u></p>
<ul>
<li>Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar disciplines preferred; candidates with other academic degrees will also be considered.</li>
</ul>
<p><u>SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE</u></p>
<ul>
<li>Good understanding of accounting, invoicing, and financial processes.</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills and interest in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI or Power Query.</li>
<li>Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken). Portuguese language skills will be positively valued.</li>
<li>Organized and detail-oriented profile with a strong focus on accuracy and control.</li>
<li>Proactive and flexible mindset, with willingness to learn and support different areas within the Finance function.</li>
<li>Commitment spirit and team player with the ability to work in a dynamic and international environment.</li>
