<p><strong><br>What You Will Get to Do<br></strong>As a <span class="font-semibold">Senior Staff Accountant</span> at Graham Architectural Products (GAP), a division of OBE, you’ll play a key role in driving financial accuracy, operational insight, and business success. You’ll work collaboratively across departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, support strategic initiatives, and provide data-driven insights that strengthen our business performance.</p>
<h4 class="mb-0 mt-4 break-words text-base font-semibold"><span class="font-semibold">Your key responsibilities will include:</span></h4>
<ul class="ml-4 list-outside list-disc">
<li class="py-0.5">Preparing monthly financial reports and supporting the month-end close process.</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Compiling and publishing daily revenue and labor metrics, analyzing trends and anomalies.</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Troubleshooting revenue recognition issues and supporting cost accounting processes.</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Generating reports for key performance results and labor metrics in systems like Kronos.</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Maintaining accurate job cost reporting and backlog management for job closeouts.</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Performing entries and reconciliations for accruals, commissions, and field service labor.</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Managing and reconciling cash positions, accounts receivable, and accounts payable activity.</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Coordinating fixed asset tracking and depreciation with OBE corporate finance.</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Providing analytical support for inventory management and cost efficiency projects.</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Collaborating with project managers, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Participating in special financial projects and process improvement initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We Are Looking For<br></strong>We’re seeking a detailed and proactive accounting professional who combines technical expertise with a collaborative approach.</p>

<li class="py-0.5">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration required.</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Minimum of 5 years of accounting or financial analysis experience in manufacturing.</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and reporting standards.</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Independent, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset.</li>
