We at Shimano Italy are looking for an account support associate to join our team. This role requires you to provide support to your team as well as deal with the customers. • Treat and process all incoming orders, and adjust where needed, in line with requirements of the customers, and according to quality standards in order to obtain a well\-organized up\-to\-date order file.


• File all order\-related information in order to be able to track the required, updated information at any time.


• Coordinate and spread all order information for all parties involved with the order, such that correct, updated order information is available at all time.


• Be a link between customer \& sales teams to maximize responsiveness, share key information and support sales goals.


• Signal mall functioning in the process and so proposals for improvement, in order to contribute to the optimization of the account support process.


• Receive and process customer inquiries, or complaints as the first line of support then escalating where necessary.

• A minimum of 1\-2 years of experience in a similar role.


• Great customer service skills.


• Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal communication in Italian \& English language.


• Maintains accurate records and is good at managing data.


• Computer skills – Microsoft office, CRM \& ERP systems, SAP is a plus.


• This role is currently for 1 year (Till beginning of May 2027\)
