£30,000 + Up to £12,000 Bonus/Commission (OTE £42,000) + Benefits

The Role:

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximise customer retention and revenue


• Generate leads through networking, research, and proactive outreach


• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs


• Work closely with senior management to develop and implement sales growth strategies

The Person:

• 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role


• Strong relationship-building and communication skills


• Good negotiation and persuasion skills


• Ideally from a technical, construction, engineering, or building services background
