We are a growing, client\-focused Facilities Management company based in Leicester delivering high\-quality maintenance, and support services across schools, colleges, and commercial properties. As a small but ambitious team, we pride ourselves on building strong relationships, being responsive, and delivering results.
We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to oversee client accounts and coordinate facilities management projects from start to finish.
This is a hands\-on role that combines client and contractor relations and project delivery.
Start date \- 1st September 2026\.
Key Responsibilities
Support management of client accounts, acting as a main point of contact
Build and maintain strong, long\-term client relationships
Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects (maintenance, compliance and ad hoc works)
Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of service
Monitor project timelines and performance
Provide updates for clients
Ensure all works comply with health \& safety and regulatory standards
What we are looking for
Previous experience in Account Management, Project Management, or Facilities Management
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and client\-facing abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Problem\-solving mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Full UK Driving License
