As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our sales team and looking for outstanding candidates to join us. We have offices at our main warehouse in Hornsey, N8 and at the Business Design Centre in N1\. You will likely spend some of your week at both locations.

The Role:

To manage and grow a focused portfolio of higher\-potential customers through bespoke account plans, stronger relationships and effective coordination of Yahire’s commercial and operational capabilities.

· Deliver sustainable growth in revenue and customer retention

· Create and action ever\-evolving account plans

· Build strong relationships with multiple people across each customer

· Understand each customer’s strategy, upcoming events, buying habits, decision\-making process, competitors, risks and needs

· Identify opportunities for new products, services and joint business development ventures

· Provide accurate forecasts and highlight risks

· Build knowledge of your customer segment and share insights that help improve Yahire’s wider strategy and offering

· Create and manage orders across the portfolio

The Person We Seek:

  • *Proactive* – anticipates customer needs, identifies opportunities and acts without waiting to be asked

  • *Communication* – confident, clear and professional with customers

  • *Strategic thinker* – can look beyond the next order and think about the longer\-term relationship.

  • *Planning and organisation* – keep account plans, opportunities, actions and forecasts up to date

  • *Good judgement* – knows where to spend time, when to escalate an issue and when an opportunity is worth pursuing

  • *Problem\-solving* – can understand customer challenges and find practical solutions

  • *Negotiation skills* – able to negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial terms while protecting the relationship and profitability

  • *Experience* – previously managed a portfolio of business customers; been in the events industry; worked within sales

  • *Availability* – evening events take place throughout the year, where your attendance will be required

  • *Locality –* must be able to commute to Haringey (N8 9DG) \& Islington (N1 0QH)
Working Hours, Salary \& Benefits:
  • £40,000\.00 per annum salary plus monthly and quarterly commission.

  • £52,000\.00 OTE if hitting all performance goals

  • One day per week working from home once trained (if viable setup)

  • 4 weeks paid holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays

Schedule:
  • 8\.5 hour with a 30\-minute lunch break, between the times of 08:00\-18:00

  • Monday to Friday
Pay: From £40,000\.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London N8 9DG
