Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and emails, ensuring all client inquiries and issues are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to promote satisfaction, trust, and long\-term loyalty.
- Account Management: Oversee existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met while identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth and upselling.
- Sales Support: Provide daily assistance to the sales team, contributing to the achievement of overall business and revenue targets.
- Customer Retention: Support and implement engagement strategies aimed at enhancing client retention and satisfaction.
- Order Processing: Manage and process client orders accurately and efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Carry out general administrative duties including scheduling, documentation, and file management.
- Team Support: Provide cover for colleagues during absences to maintain uninterrupted client service.
- Additional Duties: Undertake any other responsibilities as required by the Board of Directors.
- Proven experience in customer service and/or account management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and professional approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service.
· Monday to Friday, 8\.00am to 5\.00pm
· £28,000 \- £32,000 DOE
