In our Deepsea department, you’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to exceeding customer expectations. In this exciting role, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues from Purchasing, Shipping, Warehouse, Service Coordination, Planning, Business Development \& Finance, all working together to deliver exceptional service and results.

These are your tasks and responsibilities.

As Account Manager Trade, you play a key role in driving the trade sales process and ensuring accurate and timely commercial handling of customer requests. You are responsible for responding to customer enquiries, preparing fast and precise quotations, following up on opportunities, and supporting the complete sales order administration process.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic sales professional with a strong commercial mindset, good organizational skills, and confident communication. You are customer\-focused, proactive, and able to work accurately in a fast\-paced international environment. Your consistent follow\-up and hands\-on mentality help ensure excellent customer satisfaction and efficient order processing.

The scope of your work is international, and you will be based in Rotterdam.

Responsibilities:

• Managing RFQs, quotations, and sales orders in Zendesk and Business Central


• Responding to customer enquiries and following up on quotations in a timely manner


• Ensuring accurate processing of sales orders, pricing, and invoicing


• Maintaining up\-to\-date customer and order information in internal systems


• Performing cost calculations within pricing guidelines and sales authorization levels


• Monitoring KPI targets, including timely customer response handling


• Maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive communication

Requirements

• Customer\-oriented with strong communication skills

• Accurate and well organized


• Comfortable with customer follow\-up by phone


• Team player with a hands\-on mentality

This is what we ask of you:

• Experienced in a similar job (1\-2 years).


• At least a secondary vocational graduate.


• Fluent in both Dutch and English (verbally and written).
