The Role
As an Account Manager, you will oversee and support the patient journey alongside our business partners, ensuring all processes align with Space Dental’s operating procedures, service standards, and premium patient experience expectations.
You’ll act as a key link between partners, patients, and internal teams — helping maintain strong relationships, solve problems proactively, and continuously improve performance across the journey.
This role combines relationship management, operations, communication, and strategic thinking.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and developing professional partner relationships
- Overseeing patient journeys to ensure exceptional service standards
- Ensuring compliance with company operating procedures and processes
- Analysing data, identifying trends, and formulating winning solutions
- Delivering presentations and explaining premium benefits over phone and Zoom
- Supporting operational improvements and partner performance
- Working collaboratively with multiple departments across the business
- Bringing fresh ideas, creativity, and process improvements to the team
- Monitoring KPIs, reporting, and overall service quality
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Professional, polished, and well\-presented approach
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities
- Comfortable presenting and communicating confidently via Zoom and phone
- IT proficient, particularly within Microsoft Office Suite
- Self\-starter mentality with strong organisational skills
- Creative thinker who enjoys improving systems and processes
- Ability to thrive within a fast\-paced, growing environment
