Job Description
YOUR MISSION
You will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with top restaurant partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. You’ll use data\-driven insights, industry knowledge, and cross\-functional collaboration with other teams to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact.
THE JOURNEY
- Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with restaurant Partners, through consistent and proactive communication.
- Understand Partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
- Manipulate and analyse data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability, both for your Partners and for Glovo.
- Drive rapid revenue growth through smart promotions, high\-impact marketing activations and menu optimization.
- Take ownership of partner revenue performance, driving measurable growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet Partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service.
- Take full ownership of the partner onboarding process in the App — from store setup to supporting their first days on Glovo — with a focus on operations, marketing, and sales.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Up to 2\-3 years of experience in high\-performance account/sales management or business consultancy. Preferably in FMCG, food\-hospitality, or on\-demand delivery industry.
- Bachelor in Business Administration or related fields is a plus.
- You are motivated by pursuing ambitious goals with timely execution, and a proven track record of exceeding KPIs is a definite advantage.
- Problem solver, data\-driven with an analytical approach based on details.
- You are a highly organized, proactive individual with strong time management and prioritization skills, eager to engage in both strategic planning and hands\-on execution to drive results.
- Good knowledge of internal tools such as Google suite. Salesforce is a plus.

Base hiring range
EUR 26,338 \- EUR 32,923 \- Yearly
On top, your total compensation may include other benefits described above and equity and/or variable bonuses for pre\-defined roles.
This is the initial hiring range for this role and level. If at any point during the process we determine your experience and scope better align with a different role, we'll be happy to review \& share it with you, before moving forward to the next stage of the process!
