Account Manager
We're a trade\-only wide format print company based in Hull. Our clients are in companies within the signage, event, exhibition and design space. It's a fast paced environment where jobs are often last minute and a multitude of things can go wrong. It will be your responsibility to make sure jobs run as smoothly as possible and if there are any issues they're put right so the client has no idea and they receive the prints they asked for when they asked for them.
The role is a full\-time, on\-site position based in Kingston Upon Hull. It involves managing a portfolio of trade clients, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring projects run smoothly from initial enquiry through to delivery. Day\-to\-day tasks include preparing quotes, processing orders, coordinating with production teams, and tracking project timelines. The Account Manager will handle customer queries, resolve issues, and proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts and cross\-sell services across the company. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, updating internal systems, and collaborating with colleagues to consistently deliver high\-quality service and meet client expectations.
